Mission:
Le chef technologue assure une responsabilité opérationnelle et une validation technique en vue de garantir le bon fonctionnement du laboratoire, la qualité des analyses et la communication des résultats en temps voulu. Le chef technologue est amené à travailler de façon transversale sur un ensemble de secteurs (maîtrise des technologies sur plusieurs secteurs).
- Sous l’autorité de votre supérieur:
- Gestion opérationnelle d’équipe, vous:
- Etablissez la répartition du travail selon les procédures et besoins et adapte les plannings existants aux besoins du service (ex. : modification de mission, tâches critiques, maladies,) pour permettre la continuité du service ;
- Encadrez, dirigez et motivez les collaborateurs en passant des consignes de travail claires et en émettant des règles pratiques ;
- Expliquez les décisions/orientations hiérarchiques aux collaborateurs et, au besoin, les implémente ;
- Evaluez les collaborateurs en collaboration avec son supérieur hiérarchique et en concertation avec le biologiste responsable de secteur- Gestion organisationnelle du travail, vous:
- Détectez les besoins en formation et participe activement à la formation continue des équipes ;
- Traitez l’administration relative à l’organisation du service (présences, maladies, retards,) ainsi que les questions et problématiques liées à la gestion RH, en concertation avec son supérieur hiérarchique ;
- Connaissez et mettez à jour ses connaissances relatives à la politique de gestion du personnel ;
- Veillez à ce que le matériel soit disponible et en état de fonctionnement pour permettre aux technologues d’exécuter leurs tâches.
