To join our growing team, we're currently looking for a Partnerships Manager based in Barcelona. **Key Responsibilities**: You'll be in charge of developing impactful partnerships to help bring engaging volunteering content to employees around the world. After initial training, your main objective will be to develop, implement, nurture and report on content partnerships. Among other tasks, you'll be involved in the following activities: - Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management - Identify and source partnership opportunities - Research partners, identify key players and generate interest - Negotiate and finalize deals - Deliver a great experience to our partners when working with our organization - you will represent our brand and be our partners' liaison internally - Forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners - Keep a great ongoing relationships with current partners and offer new ways to grow the partnership - Collaborate with senior management and other teammates to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships **Benefits**: - Independence & creativity: You will be expected to take responsibilities by learning and proposing new solutions and alternatives to the team. - Make a difference: Alaya is all about bringing more goodness to this world. The sky's the limit **Who we are looking for**: Ideally you'll have: - Previous working experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing ,or Partnerships - Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strategic thinker - Networking aptitude - Great multitasking skills - Attention to details - Fluency in English.
