Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager – Italian Market (Milan)Join Factorial as our Senior Partner Manager for the Italian market, driving partner acquisition and activation strategy across telcos, banks, and insurance firms. Your Role As the Senior Partner Manager, you will map the ecosystem, identify high‑potential partners, and establish lasting, strategic alliances that accelerate growth on both sides. Network Activation: Own first contact, discovery, relationship‑building, and value design. Strategic Co‑Creation: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product to build joint value propositions, co‑branded campaigns, and win‑win commercial models. Scale our partner network across strategic verticals and geographies. Performance Playbooks: Known for proactive hustle, emotional intelligence, and ability to turn a coffee chat into a closed deal. ~ Fluent in Italian and English, with exceptional communication and negotiation skills. ~ Curious, data‑driven, and obsessed with making things happen.
