You will be responsible for handling clerical tasks in the office and incoming phone calls and other communications, greeting clients and visitors, as well as managing files, updating paperwork and performing other general office clerk duties. Why we need you?

Because you are a person capable of effectively organizing and managing a workplace.
To bring into play your organization skills, prioritizing activities, managing time and keeping all the details under control. Qualifications
Certificate or Higher Education in Administration
Experience as an office assistant and receptionist
Internal and external customer orientation. Dynamic and proactive. Results oriented.
Good level of English is essential (C1)
Advance level of Microsoft Office
