**What you will do**
Technical Administration and AMS Support of IFS Applications for clients:
- Client relations
- Service and incident management
- Team training and certifications
- International coordination of remote teams
- Efficient problem-solving and prioritization
- Lead and develop the AMS team, shaping the strategy and direction of the department
- Drive innovative projects using the latest technologies and methodologies
**What we need**
The requirements for this position are:
- Experience working with Oracle databases
- Advanced knowledge of SQL
- Advanced knowledge of Jira
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Proven experience in leading teams and managing projects
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills
If you also have experience in any of these areas, it will be highly valued:
- Experience managing Oracle Database
- Experience with any other ERP
