UX/UI Design Lead

**Your role**

As a UX/UI Lead your main responsibilities will involve
- Manage multiple tasks across projects and solutions, being the process owner and expert in your area of responsibility.
- Ensure UI/UX design development for all projects is well coordinated and harmonized
- Accountable for the deliverables related to the digital user experience (UI, copy, FTUs )
- Using data and visualization, Conceptualizing the development and design of dashboards
- Conduct user research and concept development.
- Plan and implement the overall user research strategy and methods together with other researchers and CX colleagues.
- Facilitate brainstorming sessions and workshops with multi-disciplinary teams during early stages of product ideation.
- Adopt collaborative approaches to design. Work closely with the design team and engineers throughout the solution validation and implementation cycles.
- Participate in recruitment activities for user research.
- Drive UX vision in alignment with project roadmaps.
- Leverage research insights (both qualitative and quantitative), trends, and best practices to recommend and influence the customer experience. Connect decisions to desired business goals and outcomes.
- Translate concepts into user flows, customer journeys, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
- Facilitate the client’s product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for digital products.
- Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
- Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.
- Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
- Collaborate with Product owners and development to build best feature for our users and other relevant stakeholders across organization (to understand overall requirements and any technical limitations.
- Own and manage tool set for the area.

**Your Skills and Experience**

**As a UX/UI Lead your skills and qualifications will ideally include**:

- Deep understanding of the iOS and Android platforms and experience designing and launching products for both.
- Proven success designing and optimizing high-quality product experiences for a variety of platforms including desktop, web and mobile. Experience in B2B platforms is an advantage.
- Mastery of UX interaction and design principles and deliverables including rapid prototyping, concept diagrams, user scenarios, wireframes, flows, experience maps, design patterns and annotated comps.
- Architect system wide design solutions that satisfy both product and engineering requirements.
- Working knowledge of the capabilities and constraints of web front-end technologies.
- Experience in other type of designs (online ads, print, etc.) will be an advantage
