Location: Barcelona (1 day at the office - 4 days remote) You will: • Lead UX/UI design efforts across multiple projects and platforms, from discovery to delivery. • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs. • Ensure design consistency and alignment with Zurich’s design system and accessibility standards. • Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs. • Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices. You should have: • 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in large-scale enterprise environments. • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process and impactful outcomes. • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Axure. • Solid understanding of design systems, responsive design, and accessibility (WCAG) standards. • Experience working in Agile or Scaled Agile (SAFe) environments. • Experience in insurance or financial services is a strong advantage.
