Overview We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to join our growing UX team in Barcelona. You will design and deliver B2C & B2B digital products that help customers and add business value, working end‑to‑end and collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams. Responsibilities Collaborating with Design, Product, Research, Content and Engineering teams to integrate design seamlessly throughout the product development process. Applying design principles to address a diverse range of customer needs and business requirements within an agile environment. Influencing the entire design process (end‑to‑end). You’ll take intricate criteria and problems from start to finish, transforming them into final solutions using prototyping and testing, and deliver high‑quality, usable UI solutions and systems. You will also assist the team with user research and UX analysis activities as needed. Effectively communicating and documenting your design decisions to foster collaboration and understanding. Working with design team members and stakeholders to identify data‑informed product opportunities and design solutions that add value to both customers and the business. Contributing to the evolution of our design system and utilizing it in the delivery process for digital products across mobile‑web and desktop platforms. Giving and soliciting feedback from the broader team to continually improve quality. Contributing to strategic decisions regarding the future direction of various digital products and our user‑centered design approach. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer or Product Designer. High English level to be assessed at interview by the Talent Team. Agility of response and teamwork. Passionate about seeing the impact of design, not just executing tasks. Experience in creating and delivering features/products in an agile environment. Interaction‑design experience, including use of prototyping tools to demonstrate flow and interaction dynamics based on user needs and scalability considerations. Visual‑design experience: proficiency in typography, desktop/mobile UI, colour, layout, iconography and aesthetic sense. Ability to communicate with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Comfortable using Figma for designs and prototyping. Design portfolio showcasing real‑world case studies, with portfolio submission guidelines available. Experience identifying opportunities and making impactful decisions for both users and the business.
