Estamos incorporando un/a Product Designer (UI/UX) para liderar el diseño completo de nuestra aplicación en Lupa AI.Sobre la posiciónEn Lupa AI tenemos un objetivo claro: construir la suite de IA más completa para creadores a nivel mundial.El diseño es uno de los ejes centrales de esta visión.Buscamos a una persona capaz de hacerse cargo del diseño de una aplicación completa: una experiencia moderna, intuitiva, sencilla y muy cuidada a nivel visual, con un nivel de exigencia alto y una identidad clara de producto.ResponsabilidadesDiseñar la experiencia y la interfaz de toda la aplicación (UI/UX) de forma integral.Trabajar en Figma como herramienta principal (prototipos, componentes, sistemas de diseño).Colaborar con el equipo de producto y desarrollo para asegurar que el diseño guíe la evolución del producto.Mantener un diseño consistente, claro y funcional, siempre centrado en el usuario.RequisitosExperiencia previa como Product Designer / UI-UX Designer en productos digitales.Dominio avanzado de Figma.Portfolio que demuestre diseños modernos, limpios y centrados en la experiencia de usuario.Pasión por el diseño de producto, atención al detalle y alto nivel de autoexigencia.Motivación por trabajar en una empresa digital en fase de crecimiento, con ambición global.CondicionesPuesto: Product Designer (UI/UX), jornada completa.Rango salarial: 33.000€ – 40.000€ brutos/año, según experiencia.Modalidad híbrida, combinando trabajo en remoto con trabajo presencial en nuestras oficinas de Sant Cugat del Vallès (Barcelona).SectorProductos de software de escritorioTipo de empleoJornada completa
