We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer with deep expertise in mobile-first design, experimentation and high-velocity prototyping to help us scale our demand engine to the next level.
Role Mission
Design and iterate mobile-first flows that increase session → lead conversion , improve lead → booking , and contribute to a higher show-up rate , partnering closely with the Attraction Product Manager and the Attraction team.
You will shape the experience of millions of users across Spain, France, Italy, Portugal, the UK Netherlands, Germany Ukraine, US and make a measurable business impact every single week.
What You’ll Own:
1. Funnel & Conversion (session → lead)
Design mobile-first landing pages, lead-capture flows and booking interactions
Partner with the PM to map friction points, identify growth levers, and ship improvements weekly
2. Lead → Appointment Flows
Design fast-testable flows that help users complete their booking through
Create prototypes that allow us to test hypotheses quickly, not perfectly
3. Campaign Design at Scale
Support the marketing/design team with high-volume campaign needs: new landing pages, banners, performance variations, rapid iterations for A/B tests
Create systems that help scale campaign production without sacrificing quality
4. Improving Show-Up Rate
Collaborate with PM, other designers, data & devs to design experiences that improve intention signals and increase the likelihood of users attending their first visit
Contribute to experiments that drive higher-quality leads and reduce drop-off between booking and appointment day
Requirements:
5+ years as Product Designer / UI Designer / UX Designer
Strong mobile-first design portfolio (mobile web and/or app)
Expert in Figma (components, systems, rapid prototyping)
Fluent in Framer for fast, testable prototypes
Experience designing high-conversion funnels, landing pages or growth surfaces
Ability to work extremely fast without sacrificing visual excellence
Strong UI + Motion design skills
