**Senior UX/UI Designer**

We are looking for a person who is communicative, curious, flexible and resolute

**Your role**

**As a Senior UX/UI Designer your main responsibilities will involve**:Create engaging, easy-to-use mobile web and desktop design solutions that address business and consumer needs.
- Participate in user research activities and usability studies to be able to iterate design solutions based on customer data.
- Facilitate brainstorming sessions and workshops with multi-disciplinary teams during early stages of product ideation.
- Adopt collaborative approaches to design. Work closely with project management, user research and engineers throughout design, and implementation cycles.
- Produce concept models, journey maps, interaction flows, wireframes and interactive prototypes.
- Drive UX vision in alignment with project roadmaps.

**Some tasks we expect to be done in this role**:

- Conceptualization and product definition.
- Mind maps, workflows, functional maps, wireflows, wireframes and technical requirement specifications.
- Prototyping (InVision).
- Customer Experience Services: gathering feedback from customers and representative users, enforcing Service Design Thinking techniques (customer journey maps, idea generation, expectation maps, agile development, storyboards).
- Present and defend your designs to stakeholders (in english).

**Your Skills and Experience**

**As a Senior UX/UI Designer your requirements will ideally include**:

- Experience using analytics data to inform decisions.
- Experience on doing research activities (collaborative workshops, interviews, shadowing, card sorting, etc.).
- Strong reporting and presentation skills.
- Solid knowledge of Sketch, InVision DSM, Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Solid knowledge of remote collaborative tools such as Mural, Miro, Klaxoon.
- Solid knowledge of remote user testing and behaviour analysis tools, such as User Zoom, Hotjar
- English speaker with excellent written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
