Position: Head of Sales Department
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
Collaborate with marketing and other departments to create effective sales campaigns
Train and mentor sales staff to enhance their skills and conversion rates
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Qualifications:
Proven sales experience, preferably in the real estate industry
Strong understanding of sales techniques and the ability to close deals
Exceptional communication skills in English and Spanish (fluency required)
Additional language skills in Russian/Ukrainian are a plus
Possession of a personal vehicle
Organised, initiative-taking, and results-oriented
A team player with a positive attitude
