**Head of Global Marketing**

**Temporary contract **/ Marbella, Spain

Les Roches Global Hospitality Education, in the top 3 for Hospitality & Leisure Management by the QS World University Ranking, is a brand of the Sommet Education Group. Founded in 1954, Les Roches is a private institution based on the Swiss model of experiential learning, offering undergraduate and graduate degrees in the fields of hospitality, tourism and event management. Les Roches prepares entrepreneurial and innovative graduates across a global network of campuses in Crans-Montana (Switzerland), Marbella (Spain) and Shanghai (China).

**Your profile**
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in business, communications, marketing or advertising.
- Commercially oriented, well rounded, marketer with minimum 6+ years of relevant working experience, preferably in marketing communications.
- Experience in working in international services marketing.
- Proven track record in developing and executing communication plans and campaigns.
- Experience in execution of both strategic media such as print, online, social media, search engine marketing, events, sponsorships and tactical initiatives such as promotions, field sales support material & tools.
- Experience in building or growing successful small teams.
- Analytical mind-set with the ability to digest numerical information from a range of sources and interpret this into a vision based around opportunities to increase market share and drive enrolment.
- Ability to think strategically and understand the ‘bigger picture’ translating this into excellent execution at an operational level.
- Exceptional communications, presentation, interpersonal and team oriented skills.
- Fluent in English, other languages are a distinct advantage - especially French.
- Results oriented, energetic, ability to look at things through the lens of consumers, flexible, team player and ability to prioritise objectives during the dynamic day to day life of Les Roches and Sommet Education.
