**Wat ga je doen?**

Tijdens je stage bij Business Support ondersteun je het Business Support-team in onze snelgroeiende servicehubs in Spanje en/of Frankrijk. Samen zorgen jullie voor de ultieme klantbeleving en onze hoge klanttevredenheidsscores.

Als stagiair ben je een van de gezichten van Wajer en fungeer je als aanspreekpunt voor klanten, leveranciers en medewerkers. Je ondersteunt bij diverse commerciële, administratieve en facilitaire taken. Denk hierbij aan het leggen van lokale contacten met de beste hotels, restaurants en taxichauffeurs om klanten altijd de beste opties te bieden.

Daarnaast ligt je focus op facilitaire zaken. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles soepel verloopt rondom de huisvesting van onze medewerkers. Je regelt onder andere schone handdoeken, huissleutels en lost proactief problemen op in appartementen. Ook taken zoals het boeken van vliegtickets vallen onder jouw verantwoordelijkheid. Kortom, jij biedt ondersteuning op diverse vlakken en bent een belangrijke schakel in ons team.

We zoeken een gemotiveerde student die zelfstandig en verantwoordelijk kan werken. We zoeken iemand die serieus omgaat met deze unieke kans en bereid is verantwoordelijkheid te nemen in een dynische omgeving. Ben jij diegene die dit met beide handen aanpakt? Verder:

- Volg je een hbo-opleiding in hospitality of een commercieel werkveld.
- Ben je beschikbaar van mei tot oktober (exacte data in overleg).
- Ben je in het bezit van een rijbewijs.
- Beschik je over uitstekende administratieve vaardigheden, met een goed financieel en commercieel inzicht.
- Heb je een sterk gevoel voor hospitality en werk je gestructureerd.
- Beheers je zowel de Nederlandse als Engelse taal uitstekend in woord en geschrift.
