Corus is looking for a Business Analyst/Support to join our team and participate in international projects. Location: Remote from Spain. Key Responsibilities : Support the main product owners of Survey Management Tool, Videoconference Product and wallet cards. Assist with the configuration of new customers (business units). Provide L2 support activities for the mentioned products. Help with analytics and tracking the performance of the products. Generate reports and insights to drive product improvements. Support our business units with technical matters such as APIs and cloud approvals. Conduct recurrent technical assessments to ensure product quality and performance. Collaborate with business units to enhance their digital marketing strategies and customer experience. Qualifications : Degree in Marketing, Administration, IT, or a related field. Some experience working in the digital sector, preferably in marketing. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Familiarity with digital marketing, online marketing, websites, apps, and SaaS. Proficient with analytics tools and performance tracking. Preferable technical background with experience in IT-related tasks. Soft Skills : Proactive and willing to learn. Good with customers and able to build strong relationships. Organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Team player with a collaborative mindset.
