Minimum qualifications:

- Experience in building relationships with directors and C-level stakeholders
- Experience in the Food and Consumer Packaged Goods (FCGP)/Beauty industry
- Ability to speak and write in English fluently

Preferred qualifications:

- International experience
- Knowledge of key Google-related advertising products (Search, Display, Video, Mobile)
- Ability to speak and write in French fluently

**About the job**:
As an Industry Manager in Beauty and Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) you will partner with global CPG clients and their agencies to identify their business challenges, to develop digital strategies to transform their success and collaboratively shape solutions that drive their strategic initiatives demonstrating how Google products can enhance their online presence. You will develop high-level relationships to serve as a trusted consultant with major customers to generate business plans to define your strategies and to optimize their advertising growth. To achieve these goals, you will build strong cross-functional relationships with other teams within Google.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop strong and long relationships with a large set of Industry stakeholders from C-suite to the Product and Marketing teams
- Identify opportunities to transform clients strategy regarding branding, measurement and performance
- Generate business opportunities by presenting Google products with structure, deep product understanding and detailed execution plans
- Develop business by creating and regularly updating individual customer strategies and utilizing your own understanding of customer business issues, objectives and growth strategies
- Build strong cross-functional relationships with other teams within Google
