In collaboration with leading clinics, institutes and universities, the Group researches, develops, manufactures, and supplies dental implants, instruments, CADCAM prosthetics, biomaterials, and digital solutions for use in tooth replacement and restoration or to prevent tooth loss.
**Position Summary**
Given our business model, where our customers pay based on consumables and digital adoption, clinical support is vital to our long-term success and profitability. We will not be successful unless our customers are receiving massive value from our service. As such, we need a clinical professional to drive the adoption for our customers.
As a Clinical Solution Expert you will be responsible for clinical communication and support to external and internal customers to foster the adoption of our restorative and digital solutions and workflows amongst dentists, surgeons and dental staff in Spain.
The process includes interaction and communication with private-practicing general dentists, dental nurses, dental hygienists, dental technicians and treatment coordinators related to case specific issues, treatment planning quality and troubleshooting. Focus will be on clinical support, digital dental workflows as well as troubleshooting clinical issues for customers. In addition, other duties will include support with day to day needs of local education events and the KOL community (40%).
**Responsibilities**:
- This position is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:_
- Clinical Support activities:_
- Providing clinical customer support to surgeons and general dentists in the areas of case evaluation, surgical treatment planning support and the general digital restorative workflow, as well as clinical troubleshooting
- Investigating and Analyzing of Clinical-related customer inquiries, complaints and adverse events
- Ensuring timely resolution to customer contact issue whether in-bound or out-bound.
- Clinical education activities:
- To provide expert advice from a restorative and digital perspective to DSOs and its dental experts (Medical director, clinicians, practice manager, labs) for clinical dentistry, practice management, digital workflows from E2E.
- To advice on the management of DSOs, including conditional requirements, when appropriate
- To plan and hold training activities for DSO clinics, such as
- On site basic and advance implant training
- Immediacy treatments
- Digital prosthodontics workflow
- To support and coach DSO clinicians with complex treatment planning
- To perform first full arch treatment with DSO doctors
- To follow up on cases and support to the doctors until they reach an adequate maturity level
- To give support in the clinic-lab digital flow
- To help to define digital & clinical protocols.
- To support in the meetings with the Medical Committee.
- To align with the KAM in the Mentor-ship program implementation.
- To define and execute tailored trainings to the customer needs.
- Define on clinics the patient journey and improve it.
- For live and online events:_
- Coordinating with clinical speakers (KOLs) and our DSO T&E department
- Present clinical contents
- Foster a community of solution ambassadors within the region
**Minimum Qualifications**
- Bachelor degree in dentistry
- Five years’ experience in customer relations in medical / dental related areas, with emphasis on digital adoption and implants.
- Effective training background is important in terms of development and execution of both clinical and sales training components
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English
- Good knowledge of basic computer operations and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability & willingness to travel up to 50% of your time within the region.
- The ability to flourish in a young international company experiencing significant growth (i.e. roll up sleeves approach and able to deal with ambiguity).
