**Qualifications**
- 5+ years experience and proven track record in E2E **recruiting within the e-commerce sector**, including areas like Product, Tech, Sales, Marketing, and Vendor Management.
- Strong experience working and navigating with **data-driven recruitment**:

- Demonstrated ability to meet **ambitious targets and tight deadlines**.
- Proficient in using **advanced recruitment technologies and databases**.
- Adept at **building and maintaining stakeholder relationships**.
- Capable of **influencing stakeholders** and driving decision-making processes.
- Comfortable **working with remote teams**.
- Knowledgeable about **employment law** and regulations relevant to recruitment.
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
