**Company Description**:

**The Team**:
You will be part of our Tech Talent Team, a small cohort of 3 colleagues currently taking ownership of Tech & Product Hiring projects. They help build critical tech talents for Hiring managers across the Tech & Product landscape and ensure they place themselves and the business in the best trajectory of further growth and success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies and tactics to identify and attract top technical talent.
- Sharing and contributing intellectual recruitment knowledge, providing guidance and support to other recruiters on the team, helping them develop their skills and improve performance.
- Utilize data and analytics to track recruiting metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Utilize data to improve recruiting efficiency, drive innovation and influence hiring decisions.
- Develop a strong understanding of the recruiting process and drive/recommend improvements.
- Strong understanding of market intelligence & challenges and navigating recruitment strategies based on such information.

**Qualifications**:

- Min. 5+ years of experience in end-to-end, high-volume recruiting within the tech/e-com start-up or scale-up environment ideally paired with an agency or RPO background
- Proven success in identifying and hiring top talent across Europe
- Strong understanding of recruiting metrics and the ability to bridge gap between data and knowledge driven approach to drive recruitment decisions and strategies
