We seek a Senior Recruiter with proven experience hiring in fast-paced high-growth tech environments. Whether your background is in technical recruiting (engineering, product, data) or go-to-market recruiting (sales, customer success, marketing) what matters most is your ability to attract and close top talent in the cloud technology space. You’ll partner closely with business leaders across multiple functions to design and execute recruiting strategies that support Automat-it’s rapid growth and help us build exceptional teams. Work location - hybrid from Madrid Responsibilities Partner with Hiring Managers of assigned roles including defining job requirements, advising on market talent availability and trends, and hiring strategies Own full responsibility for your assigned roles in our ATS daily to guarantee that all candidates’ data and status are up to date Drive proactive sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, social media networking, employee referrals, and targeted outreach Generate and maintain candidate pipelines using various sources Manage the entire recruitment process from initial outreach to offer negotiation Provide a positive candidate experience and act as a brand ambassador for the organization Build a diverse and talented workforce to meet the organization’s goals Plan and own recruitment-related projects such as employer branding initiatives, diversity hiring programs and process improvements Benefits Professional training and certifications covered by the company (AWS FinOps Kubernetes etc.) International work environment Referral program with a bonus Company events and social gatherings (happy hours, team events, knowledge sharing, etc.) English classes Soft skills training Country-specific benefits will be discussed during the hiring process.
