A new, modern, and interactive museum located in the heart of Santa Cruz de Tenerife is looking for a skilled **Office Manager** to join our team. If you are a responsible, proactive leader with strong management experience, we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:
1. Creation of the schedule for the entire team.

2. Restocking (water, napkins, materials for exhibitions and museum maintenance, souvenirs).

3. Organizing hiring processes and participating in interviews.

5. Organizing courses and events for staff members.

6. Prepare plans for small renovations and maintenance with other managers and supervisors.

7. Keep the museum website up to date with the latest information.

8. General administrative duties to support daily operations.

**Requirements**:

- English and Spanish languages are mandatory.
- Prior experience in cultural institutions, museums, or similar managerial roles is a plus.
