For our best client in Germany, one of the best solution providers of the IT/FinTec industry in Europe, I am looking for a person as Business Developer or Inside Sales Representative in Spain. You would be part of teams and projects with international clients.

No previous experience needed If you enjoy speaking to people, want to work in an international environment and have a proactive/entrepreneur mindset, then this position is for you.

**Languages**: Fluent English and either: Spanish/Italian/Dutch/Polish/French

**Location**: Barcelona, Spain (with Home Office opportunities)

Tasks
- Be the primary point of contact within the sales team for customers' enquires
- Find, manage and develop a pipeline of new opportunities
- Keep up to date with industry news and information to ensure a good understanding of current events and potential leads
- Use online and offline channels to communicate with potential leads

**Requirements**:

- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate, build relationships and negotiate effectively at all levels both internally and externally
- Ideally some experience with Business Development/Inside Sales. Otherwise experience with Telemarketing, Customer Service, Relationship Management or any role with a customer/client contact.
- Working flexibly and pro-actively on your own and also as part of a team
- Organized approach to work and the ability to multi-task and prioritize task
