The Sales team is at the heart of Hector Kitchen. We are in direct contact with our customers, who depend on us to keep their furry friends happy and healthy Additionally, we shape the development of Hector Kitchen by implementing changes that will help us grow stronger. We are a dynamic team of animal lovers, committed to our mission, who enjoy working in a humble and friendly atmosphere.
**The Mission**:
As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for our retention team; you will take on the exciting challenge of managing a team of three to four sales agents and you will report to Ilana, our Head of Operations. You will also work closely with other departments: Customer Service, to collect feedback from our customers; Digital Marketing, to help us sell our new products; and the Data Operations team, to guide our strategy.
Your main mission will be to **reduce churn and promote loyalty **by:
- Calling customers to gather data on their pain points and reactivate their subscription
- Training the Sales team to consistently hit and surpass their sales targets
- Maintaining and improving the productivity level of your team
- Driving sales and upselling our fabulous products
- Communicating our offering and services efficiently to drive customer retention
- Updating and improving our reactivation processes
