**Ihr Profil/ Ihre Aufgaben**:
- Vielseitige administrative und organisatorische Tätigkeiten als Teamleitung
- Fachliche und personelle Führung sowie vielseitige Unterstützung des Back Office-Teams
- Unterstützung im Rechnungswesen/ Fakturierung und Vertragserstellung
- Aktive Betreuung der Schnittstelle zu externer Buchhaltung/ Gestoria
- Selbständige, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Routinierter Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungen
- Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen (Führungs-)Position
- Erfahrung im Immobilienbereich wünschenswert
- Buchhaltungskenntnisse von Vorteil
- Einsatzbereitschaft, Flexibilität und Empathie im Umgang mit Menschen
- Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Führungsqualitäten
- Gute Deutsch
- /Spanischkenntnisse
