**About the job**
Based at Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra, Mallorca, as the Front Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and supporting the reception team, always ensuring smooth front desk operations.
**As Front Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for the following duties**:
- To supervise and support the reception team, always ensuring smooth front desk operations.
- To monitor and ensure adherence to SOPs and brand standards, maintaining consistency in guest interactions.
- To support the training and onboarding of new colleagues, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
- To liaise effectively with other hotel departments and ensure a seamless guest experience.
- To ensure a flawless check-in/check-out process.
- To take care of guests during their stay.
- To execute administration related to the running of the reception.
- To perform any other reasonable duties as required by the Front Office Manager.
**As Front Office Supervisor, we expect from you**:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience within a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality environment.
- Good knowledge of hotel management systems (e.g., HMS, Opera, Fidelio, or similar PMS).
- Effective communication skills in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus).
- Willingness and flexibility to work in shifts (day, afternoon, and night).
- Well-groomed appearance, adhering to the hotel's grooming standards.
- Good IT skills, with solid knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- An independent and proactive approach.
