**JOB PURPOSE** The Logistics Administrative and Customer Service efficiently supports and coordinates the order process, from receipt of the order to delivery to the end customer, as well as following up with the customer in the event of incidents or complaints. **ABOUT THE COMPANY** CSafe Global offers the most comprehensive suit of thermal shipping solutions for pharmaceutical cold chain shipping needs around the world to ensure patients receive the medicines and treatments they need. Any size, any duration and any temperature - CSafe is at the heart of the cold chain. **WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING** - Manage customer orders and delivery notes. - Monitoring and reporting the status of customer orders to the Logistics Manager. - Administration, customer service and complaints management. - Support the invoicing of customer orders. - Manage unpaid invoices. - Monitoring and reporting of customer service, warehouse and logistics KPIs. - Document management. - Operational and administrative support for logistics, warehousing and customer service. **IDEAL CANDIDATE QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE** - English and Spanish High Level - Degree in administration, transport and logistics or similar. - Experience in a similar role is a plus - Experience of using SAGE X3 is a plus. **KEY PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES** - Teamwork. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Versatility - Ability to learn and adapt to new ways of working. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and process improvement skills. - Ability to work under preset protocols and quality standards. - Demonstrated ability to plan and organize. - Ability to work under tight deadlines and objectives. **THE PAYOFF** This is an outstanding opportunity to work for a very successful, growing organization that is extemely reputable in the industry.
