Role Overview
As a Customer Service Agent at Ecofiltro Europe, you will be the first point of contact for our customers across multiple European markets. Your role is essential in ensuring a positive customer experience by providing timely, accurate, and professional support across all communication channels. You will work closely with the operations, logistics, and e-commerce teams to resolve inquiries efficiently and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone in a professional and timely manner.
- Handle questions related to products, orders, shipping, returns, refunds, and general company information.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with a solution-oriented and customer-first mindset.
- Process order updates, returns, refunds, and account-related requests accurately.
- Document all customer interactions clearly and consistently in internal systems and CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, logistics, e-commerce) to resolve complex cases.
- Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to improve customer experience and internal processes.
What You Must Bring
- Previous experience in customer service, customer support, or a call center environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.
- Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Comfort working with digital tools and learning new systems quickly.
- High sense of responsibility, reliability, and customer empathy.
What Is a Plus
- Experience using CRM, e-commerce, or logistics tools (e.g. Shopify, Sendcloud, Holded, or similar).
- Experience supporting customers in an e-commerce or consumer goods environment.
- Multilingual skills (European languages such as Spanish, French, German, Italian).
- Experience working in a fast-paced or high-volume customer support environment.
