**Job Purpose**
The purpose of this position is responsible to sell commercial products on demand by our customers at the airport, respond to inquiries, manage complaints, troubleshoot significant customer service problems and provide general information regarding commercial products and transactions as well as operational policies and procedures.
They will be, also, providing assistance H24/365 to our handling provider to solve and manage different situations, such as:
**Main Accountabilities**
- BCN Customer Service & Handling Support Office Agent are accountable for Assist customers at the airports.
- BCN Customer Service & Handling Support Office Agent are accountable for assists and managing commercial requirements such as adding products on demand by our customers at the airport.
- BCN Customer Service & Handling Support Office Agent are accountable for resolving doubts related to specific bookings, for example residents or fraud, etc.
- BCN Customer Service & Handling Support Office Agent are accountable for responding inquiries, complaints, troubleshoot that may affect our customers at the airport.
- BCN Customer Service & Handling Support Office Agent are accountable for providing information regarding commercial products and system transactions as well as Ground Operations policies and procedures.
- BCN Customer Service & Handling Support Office Agent are accountable for controlling all procedures are implemented according to Vueling standards.
- BCN Customer Service & Handling Support Office Agent are accountable for cooperating with VAS Team and Ground Operations Team.
- BCN Customer Service & Handling Support Office Agent are accountable for giving support to any internal department that requires their support.
- BCN Customer Service & Handling Support Office Agent are accountable for completing call notes, reports and updating them in the system.
**Education**
High school diploma or equivalent.
**Experience**
2 years’ experience in airports and/or customer service working environments.
