As a Business Development Representative (BDR), your primary responsibility is to generate and qualify leads for the sales team. You will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of the company by identifying and engaging with potential customers. Your main objective is to initiate contact, build relationships, and nurture prospects through the early stages of the sales pipeline.

**Responsibilities**
- Qualification: Conduct thorough research and qualifying calls to assess the fit between the potential customer's needs and the company's solutions. Determine if the prospect meets the necessary criteria to be passed on to the sales team.
- Prospecting: Actively prospect and engage with potential customers to create interest and set up meetings or demos with the sales team.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts. Understand their pain points, business challenges, and goals to effectively position the company's solutions.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads. Provide them with detailed information about the prospect's requirements, expectations, and any relevant insights gathered during the qualification process.
- Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand customer needs and preferences.
- Data Management: Accurately record all interactions, activities, and relevant information in the CRM system to maintain data integrity and provide accurate reporting.
- Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed assigned targets and KPIs, such as the number of qualified leads generated, conversion rates, and revenue influenced.

- Salary base: €26,000
- On Target Earnings: €32,400

- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not always required.
- Experience: Prior experience in a similar role, such as inside sales, lead generation, or customer service, is desirable but not required. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes is an advantage but not essential. Entrepreneurial sales-related experience is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish to effectively articulate the company's value proposition and engage with potential customers.
- Persuasion and Negotiation: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to navigate conversations, overcome objections, and drive prospects toward a positive outcome.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and take initiative in a target-driven environment. Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed goals.
- Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with prospects and customers.
- Time Management: Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the industry, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape is a plus.
