Business Development Representative

Your Opportunity (overall purpose of role)
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be responsible for research and outbound to the largest potential customers of Bitrise. You will have a high level of empathy and care as you develop meaningful outreach to ensure our prospects find value in what we are offering. You will be given autonomy to test various methodologies and to work alongside a partner AE to better strategize on an Account and give you the opportunity to learn hands on. Ultimately you will be honing your prospecting and sales process skills while also driving the largest potential opportunities to Bitrise. Grit should be in your everyday vocabulary as we approach the hyper growth stage of our journey.
This role will be targeting the UK and Northern European markets so a high level of proficiency in written and verbal English is required.
Your Responsibilities
As a BDR at Bitrise, you will
- Research and develop content to outbound to the world's best mobile teams
- Partner with AE’s to ensure prospects have the most meaningful experience
- Work alongside your team to present new ideas to better engage with prospects
- Keep meticulous records to maintain data quality in our sales process

Your Experience (commercial, technical, product, industry, functional)
- Highly successful sales track
- Have worked in a tech or software company previously
- Experience with Salesforce CRM
- Experience with Outreach
- Outreach Experience with cold calling
Your Languages
- Business Level English mandatory
- Ideally a second language; German, French, Spanish, Italian, Arabic or other EU language
