**What We’re Looking For**
- A proven track record in the dynamic Hospitality Industry.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills, with fluency in English and Spanish, leveraging strong verbal and written skills to engage effectively with guests, peers, and stakeholders.
- Must hold the Legal Right to work in Europe, including any required visas or work permits, in full compliance with local regulations.
- A Welcoming and Enthusiastic Energy that sets the tone for a memorable guest experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Extends a warm and hospitable Welcome to Guests, while ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
- Escorts Guests to their Rooms, acquainting first-time visitors with the offerings of the hotel.
- Offers Helpful Explanations of facilities within guest rooms, aiming to enhance their comfort.
- Addresses Guest Requests with poise and efficiency, promptly referring specialised queries to relevant Pacha Family Members.
- Safely Handles and Stores Guest Luggage, maintaining care and consideration.
- Maintains a polished and organised Luggage Storage Area, reflecting our high standards.
- Collects Luggage from Guest Rooms and stores them securely until the guest departs.
- Stays updated on The Pacha Group’s exclusive Products and Services, as well as provides valuable insights on Local Attractions and Amenities.
- Proactively offers Assistance to Guests who are seen carrying their luggage on their own, or other guests who may need support.
- Adheres to stringent Cleanliness and Quality Standards in the luggage storage room.
- Engages in ongoing Training and Development Opportunities as recommended by Senior Management.
- Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of and adherence to the hotel's policies concerning Fire, Hygiene, Health, and Safety.
- Familiarises themselves with all pertinent Company Documentation, with a particular emphasis on the Operational Standards Manual for the department.
- Executes a Seamless Handover during shift changes.
- Embraces any additional Responsibilities or Tasks as delegated by the Supervisor or Manager.
