**What We’re Looking For**
- Previous Experience in a Restaurant or Hotel Kitchen is preferred, particularly in a High-Energy, Guest-Facing Culinary Setting.
- Graduate of a Culinary School or Currently Undertaking Formal Culinary Training, with a Strong Foundation in Kitchen Operations.
- Passionate about Mediterranean Cuisine, with a desire to explore Greek Culinary Traditions and refine technique through Hands-On Experience.
- Confident Handling Kitchen Tools and Equipment, with a clear Understanding of Basic Preparation Techniques and Hygiene Protocols.
- Meticulous Attention to Detail, ensuring Every Plate is Prepared and Presented with Precision, Consistency and Style.
- Strong Time Management and Multi-Tasking Abilities, with the ability to Thrive in a Fast-Paced, High-Pressure Environment while Maintaining Quality.
- Energetic and Physically Resilient, with the Stamina to Support Daily Culinary Operations and active Service Periods.
- Flexible Availability, including Evenings, Weekends and Public Holidays, in line with the Rhythms of Destino Five Ibiza.
- Positive Attitude and a Collaborative Spirit, ready to Learn, take Direction and Grow within a Culinary Team that Values Passion and Performance.
- Impeccable communication skills, both Verbal and Written, with Fluency in English and Spanish. Additional languages are a Definite Plus.
- Must hold the Legal Right to work in Europe, including any Required Visas or Work Permits, in full compliance with Local Regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supports the preparation of Fresh, High-Quality Ingredients for Signature Greek Dishes under the Direction of Senior Chefs.
- Executes Basic Cooking Techniques and prepares Mise en Place for both Hot and Cold Kitchen Sections, upholding Consistency and Speed.
- Maintains an organised, spotless Workstation and Cold Storage Area, reflecting The Pacha Group’s Standards of Operational Excellence.
- Learns and Applies Food Safety and Hygiene Protocols Daily, ensuring Full Compliance with Destino Five Ibiza’s Kitchen Guidelines.
- Collaborates across Culinary Sections as needed, contributing to a Unified, High-Energy work culture
- Labels and stores all Ingredients and Prepared Items with Accuracy, following HACCP Principles and Supporting Inventory Integrity.
- Contributes to Kitchen Creativity by supporting New Dish Trials and Preparations, learning directly from Senior Chefs.
- Participates in Culinary Training Sessions and Team Briefings, committing to continuous Growth and Awareness of Global Food Trends.
- Brings Energy and Focus to every service, supporting Seamless Coordination during Busy Periods and Special Events.
