**What We’re Looking For**
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or equivalent Qualification from a Recognised Institution is preferred.
- Proven experience of 2-3 years as an Auditor or in a Controlling or Financial Role, preferably within a Luxury Hotel or Restaurant environment.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to Interpret Financial Data effectively.
- Computer literacy, with a mastery of Word, Excel, and Outlook, along with Exceptional Knowledge of Financial Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems.
- Proven track record in Achieving Financial Targets, managing budgets, and conducting effective cost analysis.
- A Proactive Approach, coupled with a meticulous Eye for Detail, ensures every aspect of the Operation is perfectly curated.
- Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written, with Fluency in English and Spanish. Additional languages are a Definitive Plus.
- Must hold the Legal Right to work in Europe, including any required visas or work permits, in Full Compliance with local regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Acts as a Dynamic and Proactive Liaison between the Destino Five Ibiza’s General Manager and the Finance Department at The Pacha Group Headquarters, facilitating Seamless Communication and Alignment.
- Collaborates with cross-functional Departments to deliver Unmatched Business Control Support.
- Supports the preparation, review and follow-up of Budgets and Forecasts, delivering Thrilling insights that drive Transformative business decisions.
- Identifies and analyses Budget Variances with a Bold, Solution-Focused Approach, proposing Game-Changing corrective actions that optimise Financial Performance.
- Monitors and analyses Destino Five Ibiza’s Operating Expenses with a Fearless commitment to Accuracy and Efficiency, ensuring Control Over Costs.
- Controls, reconciles and validates Financial Information on a monthly basis, guaranteeing Accurate and Timely Reporting that reflects the Definitive Performance of Destino Five Ibiza.
- Prepares and presents magnetic Financial Reports on a weekly and monthly Basis, offering Visionary Insights that Empower Leadership Decision-Making.
- Provides Dynamic support in Month-End and Year-End Closings, ensuring all Reporting Deadlines are met with Precision.
- Ensures all Financial Data accurately reflects the Limitless potential and Day-to-Day realities of Destino Five Ibiza’s Operations, supporting Immersive and Authentic reporting practices.
- Participates in Internal and External Audits with meticulous Attention to Detail, upholding the Legendary Integrity and Transparency of The Pacha Group.
- Monitors compliance with Local Financial Regulations and Tax Requirements, Safeguarding the Bold reputation and Operational excellence of Destino Five Ibiza.
- Proposes and Drives continuous improvements in Financial and Operational Processes, championing Pioneering Practices that elevate Efficiency and Propel Destino Five Ibiza towards exponential Growth.
