**What We’re Looking For**
- Proven experience in a similar role in a Luxury Hotel Environment is Advantageous.
- Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English and Spanish (additional languages are a Plus).
- Previous experience in Forbes or Leading Quality Assurance (LQA)-Rated properties will be advantageous.
- Physical Fitness with the endurance and resilience to handle demanding tasks such as lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods of time.
- Time Management and Multi-Tasking skills, to deliver a memorable experience for our guests.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including Weekends and Holidays, based on the requirements of the hotel.
- Professionalism and Integrity, maintaining guest confidentiality and respecting privacy at all times.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Executes Cleaning Duties thoroughly, following established procedures and standards to uphold the ambiance of assigned guest rooms, suites, and public areas.
- Creates a Comfortable Environment by making beds, changing linens, vacuuming carpets, dusting surfaces, and cleaning bathrooms.
- Elevates the Room Experience by replenishing amenities, toiletries, and supplies, ensuring each room is fully stocked and ready for occupancy.
- Demonstrates a keen Eye for Detail, identifying maintenance issues, damages, or repairs within rooms and promptly reporting them to the maintenance team.
- Upholds The Pacha Group’s Grooming and Dress Code Standards, presenting a professional appearance at all times.
- Responds promptly and courteously to Guests' Requests for extra amenities or services, contributing to their overall satisfaction in alignment with Forbes Standards.
- Implements Lost and Found Procedures, reporting any items left behind by guests to the relevant department.
- Participates in Training Sessions and Meetings to stay abreast of new cleaning techniques and industry-leading standards.
- Adheres rigorously to Health and Safety Guidelines, ensuring the well-being of guests, colleagues, and oneself.
