**What you will be doing**

As an International Partner for Business Development with focus on the US market, you'll inspire partners to be part of this new movement to change the way we consume today.

**Responsibilities**:

- As a USA Partner for BDM, you will be responsible for a list of Target accounts that should be contacted and onboarded on this new economy model.
- You will be responsible for your partner's success and you'll strategize with them to identify the best offerings for the Simplr platform.
- Achieve performance objectives and standards to ensure world-class service is provided to the partner's user base is key.
- Leverage existing and new relationships with current partners to grow revenue in strategic product areas.
- Provide vital product insights and feedback, both internally and to partners.
- Advocate partner needs/issues across internal teams and support with problem solving.
- Act proactively and work closely with other teammates to ensure knowledge and best practices are continuously shared and implemented.

**Required Skills and Experience**
- Proven successful track record working with the US market.
- Minimum 6 years of experience working in sales, marketing, advertising ideally related to online marketing or online sales in the US market.
- Native english speaker and high proficiency in one additional European Language (German, French, Italian, Spanish, Dutch or any Nordics)
- Excellent understanding of the US market's cultural and socio-political current events.
- Team player with exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills, plus ability to conduct effective market research.
- Compelling communication both oral and written that effectively articulates complex ideas.
- Solid organizational skills oriented to achieve results.
- Sense of responsibility, accountability and commitment must be your core.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and use initiative in a fast paced environment.
- Availability to potentially work shifts, including evenings, to match USA time zone.

**Qualifications**
- BA or BS degree in Business or the equivalent of 6 years experience working in Sales.
- Fluent in English (Ideally Native or C1+) plus any other European language.
- Must have exceptional typing accuracy skills and fluent business writing.
