We are looking for a Team Lead to help us grow our world-class Business Development team in Barcelona. At Criteo the Sales Development organization is responsible for driving new business opportunities and expanding market share through a qualified pipeline, as well as driving the business forward by developing the next generation of top sales reps. As the Team Lead you will be responsible for delivering both revenue and talent for our business. You will focus on the Recruitment, Enablement and Execution of your team to assure the continued successful trajectory of this strategically important department. Reporting into a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for managing Sales Development teams who generate new business opportunities through engaging with, developing and qualifying business prospects across Europe in both Inbound and outbound channels. Your role will consist of: - Hiring, training, and managing a successful team of BDRs (Business Development Representative) that work across all European markets and account segments - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams and leaders to ensure full alignment - Optimize how sales handles what marketing generates as well as how your team generates pipeline into cold accounts - Taking an active role in coaching your team - remotely and face to face. - Being comfortable in the ability to use data to support decisions and initiatives - Monitoring and refining sales lead processes, metrics, and tools to maximize success of the BDR team - challenge the status quo - Cultivating an environment of teamwork, openness, creativity, and continuous improvement of everyone's role - Actively participating and initiating change projects at a local and global lev Who you are? - Successful sales experience, preferably within the marketing tech industry - Experience managing a Business Development team is a plus - Experience creating pipeline in an outbound motion - Understanding of inbound workflows and qualification of leads - Strong experience running high-impact change projects - never settling for what is just working. Push for improvements and develop new best practices - Demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement in a competitive environment - Coach mentality: we have junior profiles on the team and need somebody that will help the team grow professionally - Knowledge of SFDC - Reporting, SFDC workflow management, etc. - Fluency in English, any other European language is a plus At Criteo, we believe the future is wide open when it includes everyone.
