The Managed Operations Technicians Team Leader manages "Total Water Management” Contract at Site ensuring safe operation and maintenance leading the operational and maintenance team on site and Managed Operations standards while making sure contractual obligations are achieved. **Main Responsibilities**: - Safety:_ - Ensure that plants are run in a safe and responsible manner by implementing safety standards and procedures - Ensure that Governmental and Customers safety requirements are enforced - Ensure that teams have the correct permits/certification to perform all activities. - Operations:_ - Operates sites within contractual requirements, including the measuring and reporting of Key Performance Indicators, in operational and maintenance terms. - Ensure that operations and maintenance procedures comply with Nalco and Managed Operations policies and standards. - Provide and coordinate support to sites for identifying, troubleshooting and resolving equipment and process problems. - Leadership:_ - Provide Leadership that provides an atmosphere of safety, excellence, quality and continuous improvement in the team. - Ensure that all the team members receive annual objectives and performance reviews as per Nalco policy. - With Peers, manage customer relationships and demonstrate value. - Financial:_ - Maintain and report operation and maintenance performance against agreed budgets. **Qualifications**: - Requires a bachelor's degree in a technical field, considerable knowledge of water systems (Pre-treatment and/or Waste), chemicals, equipment and operations, troubleshooting abilities, 10 years technical experience. - Also requires experience managing people, leadership ability and excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong experience in industry is compulsory. - Good English language skills are a requirement for this role. li-eu **Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion** At Ecolab, we believe the best teams are diverse and inclusive, and we are on a journey to create a workplace where every associate can grow and achieve their best.
