Training organization (50%): with the support of the Coordination team, you will contribute to - or be in full charge of:
- Organization of the training workshops (finding the trainer, the right slot, following our learning journey, support the trainer with the relevant content and organization and manage the learners' attendance)
- Create learners' groups based on their language, manage with diplomacy relationships with them
- Send timely invitations, follow-up, and ensure access to the relevant tool (digital learning platform, Teams...), and to the relevant pre-work.
- Lead engagement calls to inform the participants of the next steps of their learning journey
- Send feedback surveys after the workshops Manage cancellations and re-planning
PAPI Assessment, 360 feedbacks, other development tools (15%)
- Manage employees requests for PAPI Assessments and send timely feedbacks to employees
- Manage 360 feedback invitations, send timely reminders
- Ensure reports are sent upon completion to the requester Follow-up the completion of Global Onboarding assessment from new joiners and their managers
Page Executive Coordination (15%)
Support the Talent Director in the on-boarding preparation for all new joiners in Page Executive at Global Level
The remaining 20% of your time will be invested in supporting other projects delivered by the team. Talent Development Coordinator Europe|PageGroup SSC
**Education and experience**:
- Experience with Microsoft office and most importantly Excel (good command is required) An interest for the learning & Development activities is strongly wished
**Core Competencies**
- English & Spanish : Fluent - Another language (French, German and Italian) would be a plus
- Very good communication skills (Speaking, presenting)
- Attention to details
- Capacity to quickly change tasks and to priotize according to the situations
- Quick learner, proactive, team player
