Turns out it’s kind of a big deal. As one of the largest tech platforms for a huge industry (the phone or computer you’re reading this on was, after all shipped), we’ve been crushing it with double-digit growth, year after year.

Tech is great but it takes awesome people to drive change. This is why our Human Resources team is seeking a **Talent Sourcer & Coordinator** to get on-board our fast-paced team and help us find that needle in a haystack to change the outdated freight industry.

**Responsibilities**
- **
Sourcing strategy development. **Together with your colleagues from the talent acquisition team and HR department, you will develop and implement a sourcing strategy that is in line with Freightos’ talent acquisition strategy.
- ** Coordinate recruitment process**. Schedule interviews with the HR Talent Acquisition Team & rest of the hiring team & Follow up.
- ** Creating analytics and reporting t**o keep optimizing the sourcing strategy and process based on this data: You will need to keep track of metrics such as conversion rates.
- ** Developing and implementing digital recruiting efforts** on the corporate homepage, LinkedIn, proactive sourcing and social media recruiting.
- ** Developing and implementing creative recruitment strategies **including developing plans with **external business partners **such as university career centers, etc.
- Great people attract great people. So you’ll help pour oil on the fire by **developing the company’s referral program **and internal recruitment campaigns.

**Requirements**:
**Basic requirements**
- At least 1 year of experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role in a Recruitment Agency or HR department.
- Proactive, and self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience creating effective booleans in multiple search engines.
- Excellent communicator with a high level of English & Spanish (written and verbal).
- Ability to interpret data and make decisions based on it.
- Great organizational & time management skills with attention to detail.

**Preferred requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, business, and/or related business experience.
- Experience in multiple sectors or with multiple profiles (IT, Product, Sales, Operations, Executive, etc.)
- Experience sourcing for international companies with vacancies in multiple countries.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Experience with content editing tools.

- Reporting to the HR Business Partner in Barcelona and dotted line to Talent Acquisition Specialist
- Full-time position, permanent contract.
