The sourcing team are looking for a passionate Junior Technical Sourcer to support EMEA team across Activision Blizzard and King with strong communication and collaboration skills.
As a member of the talent sourcing team, this role will focus on sourcing for top tech talent across game & tech development organizations which will have significant influence and impact across the business.

**Your Mission**:
- Partner closely and effectively with sourcing, recruiting and hiring teams to develop, build and execute effective sourcing strategy for tech teams across the different business units.
- Build talent pipelines and maintain network of prospects through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management and sourcing campaigns.
- Partner closely with cross
- functional partners (Talent Acquisition, compensation, HR, systems and operations teams, etc.)
- Develop and deliver on industry event strategies.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation via the company’s CRM.
**Player Profile Minimum Requirements**:
- Experience in hands
- on talent sourcing in the tech space.
- Expert in cutting edge tools/sourcing techniques.
- Demonstrated communication and collaboration skills.
- Able to exercise independent judgment and discretion.
- Strong eye for teach talent and intuition for culture fit.
- Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field of study or equivalent work experience.
**Extra Points**:
- Passion for gaming
- Experience recruiting back
- end and infrastructure tech profiles.
- Experience using Eightfold or other CRMs
- Experience partnering with recruiters and hiring partners across different offices.
- PC/Console Game, Mobile Game industry experience preferred.
