As a Tech Recruitment Sourcer, you will play an essential role in growing our exceptional technical teams. Partnering closely with our Talent Acquisition Partner and the Hiring Managers, you'll help us find, engage, and connect with the best tech professionals to support our projects in software development, data engineering, cybersecurity, cloud engineering, and technical support.

**Your main tasks will include**:

- Screening resumes and evaluating profiles to identify potential matches.
- Building Talent Pools for future hirings needs.

**Your Profile**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
- A keen interest in technology and a desire to learn about tech roles and recruitment strategies.
- Strong communication skills in English, Spanish and German is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
- **Nice-to-haves**:

- Experience or knowledge in tech recruiting or HR practices.
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter or ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
