Global project sales excellence manager primary responsibility is to provide Industry division with a set of market strategies, customer orientation, tools, procedures, and networking to develop project business in Grundfos, looking from End to End perspective across the value chain, aligning IND Regions and aligning cross divisionally.
**What is the job about?**
- Global IND E2E Project sales: ensure understanding in IND organization how to approach project sales, end user customer, and all external stakeholders. Review of the complete value chain, identify main stakeholders and influence different departments to develop and improve project deliveries, like Operations, Procuring services and 3rd party suppliers, Customer Sales & Support Center (CSSC), Customer service units (CSU), Solution and marketing, Service delivery, Legal, Finance, HR, IS, etc. Define project sales strategy, reporting and follow up. Project sales governance. Procedures, tools, capabilities, development gaps, trainings etc.
- Alignment across divisions for Project under the Order to cash program, aligning setup from other divisional CSU or Supply chain. Develop Group project management tools inside Grundfos organization: PMO (Project management tool for projects in execution), Grundfos Product Center (GPC), Price calculation tool (PCT), SAP PS/SD improvements, global finance dashboards, etc)
- Across Regional Setup of project sales, alignment in organization chart, procedures, tools, share best practices, training and support, develop cross functional capabilities.
- Facilitate deployment of the strategy and search opportunities in project business, identify customer approach and customer value proposition
**What do you need to apply?**
- Master’s degree in Business, Project Management and/or engineering combined with relevant experience from a large international company working in a similar role.
- English proficiency. Second European language will be nice to have
- Strong Project Management skills and Business Analysis skills. Agile methodology
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Autonomy and Proactivity
- Positive and resilient personality
- Great people skills and highly empathic.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills verbally as written
- Experience in working with CRM/SAP PS/BW, Office package, Project management tools, etc
- Travel within the role must be expected
