If you’re passionate about engineering excellence and thrive in dynamic environments, this could be your next big move.ResponsibilitiesLead high‑complexity projects using Grundfos systems and processesCoordinate on‑site activities with customers and subcontractorsManage project scope, schedule, resources, costs, and risksEnsure compliance with contracts, QA/QC, Health & Safety, and performance standardsAct as the main technical and customer‑facing contact throughout the project lifecycleSupport proposal teams with project evaluations and risk assessmentsReport on project financials and compile lessons learnedOversee logistics and workshop activities when neededCollaborate with Finance to ensure timely paymentsQualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering and Project ManagementMinimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within a large international companyFluent in English, Spanish and/or Italian; other European languages are a plusProven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budgetStrong technical knowledge of pumps, dosing, and disinfection systemsExperience in contract management and cross‑functional project coordinationFamiliarity with CRM, SAP PS/BW, MS Office, project management tools, and CADExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsAnalytical mindset and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environmentWillingness to travel as part of the roleBenefitsWork for a company that makes a real difference in the worldBe part of a collaborative, inclusive, and innovative cultureEnjoy opportunities for professional growth and international exposure#J-18808-Ljbffr
