Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities will include:
BUSINESS ASSURANCE & REGULATORY COMPLIANCE
- In conjunction with colleagues, define and operate CloudPay’s Information Security Management System (ISMS) for Treasury Services, STF & EWA taking account of the ISO 27001 framework, the guidance within ISO27002 and the specific supplementary requirements of ISO27017 for Cloud Services and ISO27018 for PII in the Cloud;
MANAGE IN-COUNTRY RISK & GOVERNANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintenance of required local versions of Corporate Policies and communication of them across the business;
- Contribute to the CTSL Business Wide Risk Assessment (BWRA) and Risk Register. This will include:
- At least twice-yearly assessment against the latest Corporate Risk Appetite of the business by review and assessment of the risks across the business and their accurate inclusion in the Group Risk Register;
- Follow-up of agreed risk mitigation actions, ensuring that they are successfully implemented and the risk assessment adjusted accordingly;
- Work to identify, and address, information security risks and their management and mitigation;
- Reporting of the risk register and the overall risk profile of the business to the CloudPay Leadership Team, and upon request, to the CloudPay Board.
DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN ENGAGEMENT WITH CLOUDPAY’S INTERNAL AUDIT FUNCTION
- Engage with CloudPay’s Internal Audit function to devise a plan of internal audit coverage appropriate to the risks and control maturity of the functional business activities of CloudPay Treasury Services Espaná.
- Work with the business to co-ordinate the agreed-upon schedule of audits that are to be completed based on business requirements (prioritised according to risk);
DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN ENGAGEMENT WITH CLOUDPAY’S DATA PROTECTION OFFICER
- Engage with CloudPay’s Group Data Protection Officer (Group DPO), CTSL’s DPO and the corporate Data Privacy Team resources to address the secure handling of data by CTSL’s business teams.
- Respond to reports received of any suspected, or confirmed, data privacy breaches, including liaison with the Group DPO and assist in the timely investigation and resolution of root cause analysis of data privacy incidents.
SUPPORT BUSINESS CONTINUITY & OPERATIONAL RESILIENCE
- Contribute to the CTSL Business Continuity Plan (BCP) with relevant supporting documentation to underpin the effectiveness of the design of the BCP, including Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and Risk Assessments (RA);
- Determine when to engage business stakeholders, including key vendors, in qualifying the potential risk to CloudPay’s Operational Resilience as situations unfold, or risks crystalise, that could adversely impact CloudPay’s ability to operate under Business-as-Usual (BaU) conditions;
- Design, and test, at least annually a credible scenario for desktop simulation of CloudPay Treasury Services Espaná functional BCP with business stakeholders;
Attributes and Experience Required:
- Professional qualifications, as relevant to the responsibilities set out above.
- Demonstrable skill in providing compliance and assurance guidance, with international experience an advantage.
- Be comfortable taking a lead role with national regulatory authorities, including the Bank of Lithuania
- Able to communicate risks, opinions and recommendations clearly, with excellent attention to detail.
- Key to the role is the ability to work with the stakeholders in CloudPay Treasury Service Espaná for the improvement of systems, policies, and procedures by anticipating and responding to business initiatives.
