Your mission We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Analytics Manager to join our dynamic team. The Product Analyst Manager will lead our small team of product analysts, driving the strategic analysis of our product performance and user experience. This role involves close collaboration with the product management, UX, and research teams to inform data-driven decisions and optimize product strategy that in turn will drive value creation to our end users. What you’ll be doing **1. Team Leadership**: Manage and mentor a team of 2 product analysts, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning. **2. Data Analysis**: Oversee the analysis of product data, including user behavior, market trends, and product performance. **3. Strategic Insights**: Provide actionable insights to guide product development and enhancements. **4. Collaboration**: Work closely with product managers, UX designers, and other stakeholders to align analysis with business goals. **5. Reporting**: Develop and maintain regular reports on product analytics, presenting findings to senior management. **6. Process Improvement**: Continuously refine analytical processes and tools to enhance team efficiency and data accuracy. Who you’ll be playing with You will report directly to our Chief Product Officer (CPO) and lead a team that you will build. Additionally, you will be part of a 15-person team consisting of Product Managers (PMs) and Product Designers (PDs). Our Ideal "Player" - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. - Proven experience in product analysis or a related field.
