As part of our dedication to excellence, we are seeking an experienced Compliance Officer to join our dynamic team.

**Position Overview**:
As a Remote Telesales Compliance Officer, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and upholding the compliance standards. You will be responsible for monitoring telesales calls, ensuring that our staff members adhere to all regulatory requirements and internal policies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Call Monitoring and Assessment:

- Listen to telesales calls to evaluate compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Assess staff members' adherence to scripting.
- Development of Compliance Processes:

- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement compliance checklists and procedures.
- Assist in the creation of training materials to educate staff on compliance requirements and best practices.
- General Administration Tasks:

- Maintain accurate records of compliance assessments and findings.
- Generate reports summarizing compliance performance and areas for improvement.
- Provide administrative support as needed.
- Ensuring Company Compliance Standards:

- Conduct regular audits to ensure that the company meets regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Identify potential compliance risks and recommend corrective actions to mitigate these risks.
- Stay up-to-date on relevant laws, regulations, and industry guidelines affecting the will and later life planning sector.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in compliance, preferably within the financial services or telesales industry.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback and guidance to staff members.
- Detail-oriented approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.

**Working Hours & Wage**

You will benefit from a £20,000 - £25,000 salary, depending on experience.

**This is a full-time 37 hours per week remote role**:
Monday - 10-7 (with a 1 hour lunch break)

Tuesday 10:30-7:30 (with a 1 hour lunch break)

Wednesday 11 - 8 (with a 1 hour lunch break)

Thursday 10:30-7:30 (with a 1 hour lunch break)

Friday 10 - 3 (with a 1 hour lunch break)

**Salary**: 23,300.00€ - 52,425.00€ per year
