**Job Summary**

As the Head of Compliance, Sustainability, and Traceability Innovation at Inspectorio, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and leading the charge towards a more sustainable future for supply chain management. Our technology solutions empower businesses to achieve transparency, efficiency, and sustainability, and we seek a visionary leader to spearhead our ESG initiatives.

In this strategic role, you will develop and implement a world-class compliance, sustainability, and traceability strategy, driving impactful results aligned with Inspectorio’s vision and objectives. Drawing on your experience and insights, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define our sustainability strategy, identify opportunities, and deliver innovative solutions.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute a comprehensive compliance, sustainability, and traceability innovation strategy aligned with Inspectorio’s vision and objectives.
- Continuously assess and analyze global policies and practices in Sustainability/ESG, incorporating relevant insights into strategy development.
- Provide strategic insights derived from the analysis of global policies and practices in Sustainability/ESG to collaborate and drive our product direction.
- Collaborate with product and customer success teams to ensure the delivery of innovative solutions that add value to our clients.
- Lead the development of an ESG roadmap in collaboration with internal stakeholders to solidify Inspectorio's position as a technology leader in Compliance, Sustainability, and Traceability.
- Serve as a thought leader in the industry, engaging with clients, prospects, and policymakers to discuss compliance, sustainability, traceability, and Inspectorio's innovative approach.
- Present thought leadership content at events and conferences to advance Inspectorio's vision and establish our leadership position.
- Develop training programs and resources to educate internal teams and external partners on sustainability best practices and compliance requirements.
- Prepare and present reports, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership and external stakeholders to communicate progress, challenges, and opportunities.
- Represent Inspectorio externally, engaging with industry peers on industry-wide solutions and partnerships.

- Proven track record of driving innovation and delivering results in compliance, sustainability, or traceability
- Deep understanding of compliance, sustainability, and traceability practices and regulations
- Strong technical background and knowledge of software development processes
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams
- Strategic mindset and ability to think outside the box
- Passion for sustainability and making a positive impact on the world
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience working in the supply chain or manufacturing industry is a plus
