**¿Qué harás?**:
- We are looking for a Key Accounts Manager. You will be responsible for a selected portfolio of Large National Accounts. You will be located in the Madrid (preferably) or Barcelona offices.
- What will you do?
- In this position you will be in charge of:
- Planning: You will define account planning to significantly improve volumes and revenues, generate sustainable growth, reduce risks and achieve new account opportunities.
- Implement: You will implement actions and loyalty programs to boost users' engagement, including setting-up priorities, guidance, communication, rules of engagement, resources, and transversal projects.
- Measure: Identify the right data information, KPI's, Service Level Agreements to provide an accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual forecast.
- Animating: Set an animate regular Customers' business reviews, mirror customers' organisational structures to on-board key stakeholders, acting in an ecosystem of direct indirect decision makers, promoting transversal teams.
**¿A quién buscamos?**:
- We are looking for a person with the following qualifications, experience and skills:
- We are looking for a senior sales professional with strong B2B sales and service sector experience. Previous experience in managing positions with P&L responsibility in multinational service companies will be a plus.
- Studies in Business Administration, Economics, Law, Human Resources or Engineering. An MBA or a School Management Program will be a plus.
- High level of Spanish and English. Catalan and French would be a plus.
- Strategic and analytical thinker, C-level negotiator, problem solver, P&L understanding and customer focused.
- Advanced user of Excel and PowerPoint.
- We are looking for a person with passion for customers, respect and entrepreneurial spirit.
