**About the role**

As a **Product Manager** **for** **International **teams, you will work closely with our Commercial Business Development Director for Southern Europe. You will be responsible of evolving the product and customer experience within Southern Europe by defining the best and most appropriate customer journey for each country. You will also need to help all the areas involved to coordinate the initiatives that will ensure the success within these markets. To achieve this mission, you will need to work closely but not limited to with Product Managers, Engineering, Growth, Risk, Legal and Onboarding.

**What you'll do**
- Research and understand user’s need and problems and determine the right set of opportunities to develop
- Analyze and collect information about shoppers’ behavior, our funnel impact, and possible frictions we need to address and solve
- Create and develop the roadmap and delivery plan for Southern European markets
- Understand the needs and potential blockers from internal and external stakeholders and determine the right set of opportunities to develop
- Engage the different stakeholders organizing and driving product planning, requirements and execution
- Work very closely with Business and the Growth team to be aligned and help them to achieve their objectives

**What you’ll need**
- Extensive hands-on experience in product management roles within the software or online consumer industry
- English proficiency. French, Italian or Portuguese knowledge is valued
- Experience driving projects with cross-functional colleagues, leading product initiatives and launching new features and tools
- Data-informed and outcome-focused mindset
- Business acumen
- Relentless in the pursuit of connecting people involved and work as a link and support for them
- Proactive, accountable, analytical and pragmatic
- Excellent communicator and team player
