Multinational Pharma company is looking for a Sales Training Responsible for his office based in Madrid, previous experience in Pharma sales training is a must.

**Main Functions**:

- Identify training needs and ensure development of high-quality induction and on-going training interventions for the Sales team.
- Work in partnership with the Brand Team to create training materials that ensure training programmes are aligned to key products/customer strategy and sales processes and policies
- Lead and manage induction training for new Commercial hires.
- Ensure own level of understanding about the customer interaction and the evolving environment is constantly updated
- Design and construct training materials on therapeutic areas and specific company products.
- Manages multiple projects and priorities, actively participating in coporate iniciatives.

**Knowledge, Experience and Skills**:
University Degree

Fluent in English (C1)

At least 5 years of experience in Sales Training in Pharma company, commercial field experience will be highly appreciated.
- Excellent planner, able to formulate, develop and execute training strategy, and effectively manage multiple projects/priorities.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills in order to lead, interact with, focus, resolve conflict, and drive consensus among different teams
- Strong commercial training skills and thorough knowledge and/or expertise in each area (e.g., commercial skills, commercial processes and tools, etc.).
- Strong familiarity and knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures for sales training.
- Demonstrates ability to conceive, develop and implement training plans of action on time and within budget.
